You have to modify your faxrcvd sript.

Look for line with

echo "From:

Hi all,

When I setup forward a fax to specific email-box, the sender's name is
"The HylaFAX Receive Agent <fax@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>".

My question is whether & how can I modify this name?
