[hylafax-users] just 1 failure and never retried

I'm usig HylaFAX 4.1.7 with Multitech 2.1 external modem fw=1.28c.
Send-only, using faxmodem and not faxgetty. System has 1 modem only.

I have cases where I get 1 failure and HylaFAX won't retry the job, it's
considered failed (status F).
