OnInitDialog is called during the Initialization of the Dialog. For
some unkown reasons the SPI_ calles have no effect, when using it
here.

At least for W2K it works when using in the DoModal loop.

I found this link to. But this hack looks too ugly. Probably
implementing this will result in an unstable WHFC.
