[hylafax-users] faxing by add file option from kdeprintfax

Hi users,
I am using HylaFAX-4.1.6 on rh 9.0
I use kdeprintfax to send fax from openoffice,etc. It works fine when i send from applications. But i am unable to send the files when i add the files in kdeprintfax (there is a option in kdeprintfax to add files). I want to use this method only to send faxes. 
It gives the following error:
mime type:application/vnd.sun.xml.writer 
application/vnd.sun.xml.writer file type not handled.

How to over come this problem? Please help.
