Now we expect to hear DCS (and possibly TSI) from the remote...

... but we hear absolutely nothing, not even the V.21 carrier, for 3.1
seconds. So we pause and try again...

Okay, good. This time we got the V.21 carrier.

But it appears that we aren't in sync with the remote, so we got a
partial HDLC frame. So we try again...

If this continues then you may want to try changing
Class1TrainingRecovery in your config file. See 'man hylafax-config'.
