[hylafax-users] problems with Cypheus

I'm experiencing some problems with Cypheus as windows client, first of 
all I get an application error from Word (97/XP) when I try to fax from it.
No problem with other applications.
I tried contacting the autor, but I haven't got reply : does someone 
know if he would continue updating and supporting his product ?
Has someone experienced the same problem ?
