Those are the only single-line analog modems, yes, if you don't count 
their MT5634ZBA-DID which is for analog DID lines and also does ECM in 
Class 2.0/2.1.

There are multi-port modems that also do ECM.

MultiTech makes an ISI5634PCI modem which supports ECM these days.

The Digi AccelePort RAS 4/8 also support ECM in Class 2.0.

Those are all of the analog modems of which I know that support ECM in 
Class 2/2.0/2.1.  There are digital modems that support ECM, but I 
don't suppose you're talking about those.
