[hylafax-users] Language dll.

hello,

I'm using WHFC 1.1.2 and would like to create my own language .dll for 
Polish users.
Because I don't have VB, my question is: if I'll create Winhyla.rc file 
could anyone compile it for me?
I know that there is a problem with language dll and this new version of 
client, how can it be resolved?

Second question: does anyone tried to use national characters on coverpage?
I read http://www.uli-eckhardt.de/whfc/cover.shtml but don't understand 
it and don't know what to do exactly with this code..
