You need to add:

Class1EOPWaitCmd:  "<delay:9>"

To your config file and probably also:

Class1PPMWaitCmd:  "<delay:7>"
Class1TCFWaitCmd:  "<delay:7>"
Class1SwitchingCmd:  "<delay:7>"
