hello, I'm trying to set up a mail-to-fax gateway under Debian (3.0) using Hylafax (4.1.5) and postfix (1.1.11). The gateway works well, and I can send fax via mail without any problem. The only thing I would like to improve is the notification system. I want the server to send a mail even if the fax has been sent, and not only when there was an error. I've searched through the how-to's and the archives, and I've found some information, but not very clear... I've try to put : Notify: done in many different config files (hyla.conf ,config.ttyS0, ...) without any result. I've tried too "when done", "Done"... The notification works when I use "sendfax -R -n XXXXXXXXX file.ps", and I can see a NOTIFY action in the logs. When I send a fax via mail, there is no NOTIFY...
