[hylafax-users] missing every second block of 10 lines on output?

I've got a hylafax box running the current RPM for redhat 8, on a redhat
9 box. All seems to work well, except every second block of 10 lines is
missing from any graphics. I suspect this may be a problem with redhats
9 ghostview, or something to do with the postscript handling anyway. The
missing bars are larger or smaller depending on normal or fine
resolution, but always about 10 lines. Any ideas?

Also, is it possible to decrease the 1.5cm or so unprintable area at the
top of the fax?
