Perhaps you can take your PDF document and directly apply it to the
converter program, and watch the error output, if any. The name should
be something like pdf2fax. There might also be a pdf2tiff. You could
try converting it to a regular tiff first, then to fax (which is really
a tiff-f I believe? ) Try with several different pdf files. You
might just have one aberrent pdf document giving you problems - perhaps
not the right version pdf or something else.
