[hylafax-users] faxstat asking for password

I have tried re-installing hylafax and this time it is asking me for a
password.  The first time I installed hylafax, it was not asking for a
password so why is it asking for one now?  My hosts.hfaxd only has the entry,
127.0.0.1 which should allow anyone to access it.
