Just my 5 cents :
all these data are in /var/spool/hylafax/etc/xferfaxlog (job #, date, 
time, transmit duration, # pages)...

All you have to do is to extract these from this file.
I did that from Windows (via a Samba share on /var/spool/hylafax/etc) 
with a Delphi program, and i organise it in a window for my users.
Of course, you can do it with a Perl, or sed script, or other.
