Hi. 1) can you install capi4hylafax properly: does there come any message? 2) does capi4hylafax try to setup the device? 3) is there file /var/spool/fax/FIFO.faxCAPI? 4) on my system, I have a symbolic link /var/spool/fax to /var/spool/hylafax, where hylafax is installed in 5) is there a file /var/spool/fax/etc/config.faxCAPI. What rights does it have (sould be: fax:uucp or uucp:uucp and 644) Maybe youll find something. A yeah, what does /var/log/messages tell you? Is the device calling out? Have you enabled the LogFile -option in /var/spool/fax/etc/config.faxCAPI? Do it, please and tell us. Which command did you use for c2faxsend? I use "c2faxsend -v -f TIFF -d NUMBER" Bye!
