there's no "automatic routing" after installing HylaFAX. You have to 
create a script "FaxDispatch" in SPOOLDIR/etc (or SPOOLDIR/bin if you 
use the package that comes with SuSE-distribution), which sets SENDTO to 
a valid email-address based on the MSN (or DEVICE, CIDNUMBER ...).
Using MSN is only possible with ISDN/Digital-Phone-Lines.

Add the following line to your config.[devicename]:

ModemReadyState: D

This will signal the faxqueuer-process, that the modem is down.
