Instalation - hylafax 4.1.5 rpm binary in RH6.2. Modem - Hayes Optima 28800. The modem often fails to receive a fax, also, in sending environment, it sends the same page 3 times. Session logs are attached. No ideas why it is happening after analysing mail archives...
