[hylafax-users] Patch for 2D-MMR corruption

In the announcement for HylaFAX-4.1.5, it states that HylaFAX
corrupts images received in 2D-MMR,  but that a patch is
available.

Where can I get this patch?

I've searched the bugzilla database without locating it.
