We used to do this also, but then it was "overwhelming" for our receptionist
to have to forward emails while answering the phone, *sigh*. I couldn't get
my boss interested in the ISDN solution either, so now we have about a dozen
modems answering lines coming off of our PBX that kick out to printers in
various areas of the office, or email faxes directly to a couple of people
who get a lot of fax traffic. As far as a a non-ISDN DID answer, I don't
think there is one. HylaFax needs some sort of information in order to route
a fax somewhere, simple phone lines don't provide that to the best of my
knowledge, so your stuck with per-device routing.
