[hylafax-users] fax modem does not pick up if there are incoming fax calls

Hello,

I have tried to build a fax-server with Hylafax V4.1 included in
SuSE 8.0. I have set up hylafax like described in the SuSE-manual
and I have additionaly read two manuals on www.haylafax.org.

Unfortunately I can not achieve that hylafax is able to receive
faxes. I use faxgetty and sending faxes is working well. Two times
in the last days the fax modem picked up. But normally it does not.

I have searched in the archive of this mailing-list and groups at
google too, but I can nowhere find a hint that solves my problem. I
have used two modems, a Elsa 28.8 TQV (class 2.0) at ttyS0 and a
Creatix LC 144 VF (class 2) at ttyS1.

I would be glad if someone would give me a clue. Should I send cfg-
oder log-files?
