If all your servers are networked, just have the "main" fax server 
export the HylaFAX spool directory as a filesystem, then the secondary 
servers all mount the spool directory remotely with NFS or Samba or 
whatever you used to export it.  That way, all the faxgettys from all 
the fax servers are using the same spool directory on the same system.
