[hylafax-users] Protocol botch (server write error: Connection reset by peer).

Can anyone please tell me what this error message means or how I can fix it.

Protocol botch (server write error: Connection reset by peer).

It has completely shutdown our ability to send faxes and subsequently 
put us in a state of emergency.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
