[hylafax-users] hello!!! i need help!!!

good day!!! its all about, T.30 T2 timeout errors,
this is very rare, as someone sending us fax, after
receiving page one or two... it stops, then
later on when i check mails hylafax tells me facsimile
receive but T.30 T2 timeout errors, so i was not able
to receive the whole fax, but it didnt give any error
to the sender. why is this happening? any fix around? 
im using hylafax 4.1.5 on redhat 7.3 (im using the
redhat rpm of hylafax) with a US robotics sportster
28,800 external modem (white)

and by the way, signal 15 is also giving us pain,
after two or three days fax hands and it tells
..."receiving from 910209301..." then it stays, and i
need to restart hylafax again. i did load it via
inittab as fagetty ttyS0. i followed everything, but
it still happens.

please answer me whenever you have time, it will be
appreacted very much, thanks a lot for the software!!!
