[hylafax-users] Using perl for the receive script?
Hi! I'd like to rewrite bin/faxrcvd to make a number of changes that I need
to make (file naming, automatic uploading to a different server, etc). My
shell-scripting capabilities are, well, poor -- I can read, but not really
write, so I'd like to do it in Perl, which I do very well. I just wanted to
make certain that there was no reason _not_ to do this -- that is, are there
any known problems with faxrcvd being in Perl? I can't think there would
be, but you never know...
Thanks,
Ricky Morse
