At this point, it would probably be good to point out, that because of
the configurability, CIDNUMBER and CIDNAME are both arbitrary.

By setting "RingExtended", "CIDNumber", and "CIDName" in the device
configurations, you can also use it to route based on DID (if your
device supports it), etc.
