The TagLineFormat is only for RECEIVING fax; it will be printed
on top of every incoming fax. So its value isn't important for
my problem (i think).

These were the default arguments of an older hylafax-version. I tried them
too with no success.
My last attempt was to put a link in /var/spool/hylafax/etc/getty-link -> 
/sbin/mgetty
and to leave the preconfigured GettyArgs untouched ("-r -b %l"). Also
no success.
