Sorry for my language because i don't speak good english but i looked in
your file that this two parameters have not been setup , y don't know is
you had omitted or write not correct in your file config.ttyS* :

RingsBeforeAnswer             integer    0       #rings to wait before
answering phone

GettyArgs                     string     -       #arguments passed to
getty program
