[hylafax-users] HylaFAX - a few simple qusetions from prospective user

I am a home office user. Am planning to obtain a PC to Fax software. I came across  HylaFAX on the Net. I would appreciate if some one will answer the following simple questions.

• Is it compatible with Win 98 operating system and MS Office 2000?
• Can I send text, formatted MS Word and HTML files as fax from my PC?
• I know it can broadcast faxes. Can it mail merrge and send faxes individually addressed?
• Is it easy to learn and use for a non-techy home user?
• Does anybody have a bad experience with it, such as hanging, blue screen, etc.?
