I have an application that is sending "list" and I'm trying to do exactly what it is doing but from the command line. My client translates "ls" to "NLST", which may do exactly the same thing but I need to be sure. It looks like the Perl Net::FTP module supports "list" though and will allow me to specify my port so I can do whatever I want so I think I'll write a few simple lines with that.
