Setup Summary: SuSE 8.1 hylafax 4.1.3-32 AOPEN external modem (Class 2) It seems that when receiving faxes, what is the remote equivalent of the "LocalIdentifier" is not showing up as a part of the fax info. Instead it shows the remote machines reported "FAXNumber". I need to be able to access this variable for archive purposes, and for easier identification for my users. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I've tested to another fax server with the same sending fax machine, and the Identifier shows correctly (under their own header information). Point of note... This system will be replacing another software solution that required licensing, was very expensive, and would not allow control over the printout scaling of the incoming faxes (we needed NO reduction). I am very pleased with the overall functionality, and versatility of hylafax. It allows me to do so much more than any proprietary system that I have tested so far.
