[hylafax-users] Problem with viewing TIFF file

Hello. I`ve noticed a problem  with viewing received "fax***.tif" files (in
the recvq directory). 

When I click on the link in attached e-mail, the IMAGING (built in Windows
Kodak software) program usually can`t open it. 

Some times I`m able to open received file when it contains up to 3 pages.
While the file is bigger (more than 3 pages) the IMAGING can`t open it and
there is an error occured on the screen like "COMPRESSION UNRECOGNIZED".

Then I`ve to use COMMERCIAL ACDSEE :-( , with succesful result.I can print,
view every fax***.tif file. 

What is the difference between IMAGING and ACDSEE  in viewing received
fax***.tif files?
