[hylafax-users] Sending a fax using ftp on port 4559

Does anyone know of any examples of how to send a fax using ftp to connect
to hfaxd on port 4559.  I can connect and execute most of the quote commands
but am missing a vital piece about how to get the system to agree on and
send to a unique file name created by hfaxd.
