The only client for windows which implement the -f option (the JPARM that you are talking I presume), that I know is gnu-hylafax. Maybe other clients based on gnu-hylafax use it but I don't know. From man sendfax you have: -h [modem@]host[:port] Force the jobs to be processed on a specific host and, optionally, using a particular modem. Wich is what you want :-).
