Re: [hylafax-users] RedHat and Hylafax
I concur with this email. I currently have a similar setup where I
administer a redhat 7.1 box at my home/office and 7.3 boxes at a few office
locations. Redhat has proven to be a top notch server in my opinion (not to
start a distro war), and hylafax has also been very stable with only limited
configuration problems, nothing requiring any serious tech support.
Good luck
Joey

I remotely manage a few RedHat servers for clients, some of which are
running HylaFAX as well. I can confirm that the previous releases of
both work fine together. That is RH 7.3 + patches and the last
HylaFAX release RPM.
I have not had the chance to upgrade clients to RH 8.0 or newer HylaFAX yet
but I would expect them to work fine together.
