[hylafax-users] facsimile not received errors

I keep seeing these messages all from the same fax number, about 1 in 
10 actually get received without problems, usually I get exactly 
this.
The hylafax modem is a Multi-Tech MT2834ZDX External, configured with 
all the default settings.
is there anything I can do or is it the fault of the sender?
