You may find it easiest to install sendfax and libraries on the remote
machine and do the faxing from there, with the HylaFax host environment
variable set appropriately. Then you can either start the faxing from
that machine or, as someone else pointed out, you can simply ssh to that
machine and run the command;
ssh {host} "sendfax ... "
