The response to AT+FCLASS=? should normally not be preceded by "+FCLASS:". There is an easy way to hack this to work in this part, but you'd get errors later on because of the same problem: the HCF linmodem driver improperly precedes all fax responses with the command in this fashion. This problem was discussed quite some time ago with the HCF linmodem driver author, and he indicated that he would change the code to not behave this way. So, I'd look for a newer version of the HCF driver.
