[hylafax-users] RECV FAX: Unable to open TIFF file recvq/fax00445.tif for writing

Hi,

Using hylafax-v4.0pl2 I get the message  

RECV FAX: Unable to open TIFF file recvq/fax00445.tif for writing

receiving a fax. The process aborts. There is no session log, only a server
log.


these are the results of 

ls -la /var/spool/fax (only recvq -line):

drwxrwxrwx   12 fax      uucp         2048 Sep  3 16:00 recvq

I would be very happy if someone would give me a hint
what to do.
