/etc/rc.d/init.d/hylafax is the init script that starts and stops hylafax.
#/etc/rc.d/init.d/hylafax start|stop|restart
or alternatively
#service hylafax start|stop|restart

If I remeber correctly you had said you were just getting into Linux setup.
Purchase either Essential System Administration, or Running Linux by OReilly
and Associates, http://www.oreilly.com/. I keep both of these by my desk,
find them to be quite useful.
