I am no longer able to send fax messages via hylafax. 'sendfax' will add job to queue, set up the spool files as expected etc., and output from 'faxstat -s' seems sane, i.e. it is: # faxstat -s HylaFAX scheduler on praha.kscanners.no: Running Modem ttyd2 (+4766855101): Running and idle JID Pri S Owner Number Pages Dials TTS Status 5 127 W audun +4767976031 0:0 0:12 The problem is that the fax is never actually sent; it just stays in the queue forever, or possibly until some timeout occurs. Any idea what is wrong? Setup looks good to me - faxgetty, faxq and hfaxd are all running, and "stat" command issued via telnet says: 211-praha.kscanners.no HylaFAX server status: HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.1.2 Connected to localhost (127.0.0.1) Waiting for user name Time values are handled in GMT Idle timeout set to 900 seconds Using long replies No server down time currently scheduled HylaFAX scheduler reached at /FIFO (not connected) Server FIFO is /client/197847 (open) File cache: 0 lookups, 0 hits (0.0%), 0.0 avg probes 0 entries (0.0 KB), 0 entries displaced, 0 entries flushed TYPE: ASCII; STRU: File; MODE: Stream; FORM: PS No client data connection 211 End of status -- Toralf Lund <toralf@kscanners.com> ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@hylafax.org < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@hylafax.org.*
