[hylafax-users] Problem with 4.1.3 on Solaris

I have compiled Hylafax 4.1.3 on Both Solaris 8 and 2.6 and receive a abort
when running the start script from /etc/rc2.d. This is the message that I
receive

[root] /etc/rc2.d > S80hylafax start
HylaFAX:Str.c++:336: failed assertion `data == &emptyString'
Abort
 faxq hfaxd (without old protocol & without SNPP support).

[root] /etc/rc2.d > ps -ef |grep fax
    root 18533 20213  0 09:48:31 pts/2    0:00 grep fax
    uucp 18529     1  0 09:48:00 ?        0:00 /usr/local/sbin/hfaxd -i
hylafax

On both computers 4.1.2 was running before the upgrade. 

Any help would be appreciated.
