[hylafax-users] ERR converting TIFF - not group 3 format - send failed!

hello,
im using hylafax latest stable with cypheus win2k client.

i ALWAYS get one of the error messages below, if trying to send
out a fax.

i couldnt find any helping in google and hylafax mailing list archiv.
