[hylafax-users] unspecified transmit error phase b code 20

We are setting up a trial installation of Hylafax.

Our first attempt was on SuSe8.0.  The Hylafax rpm was named 4.1-200 but the log
files show only v4.1 at the top.  Except for a short learning curve, we were
able to get outbound and inbound faxes working using a SupraExpress 56k
modem(class 2).

Our second attempt was on RedHat 7.3 using the new rpm v4.1.2 from the Hylafax
server. As noted in the log below we receive the unspecified transmit error
using the same modem.  We have now tried older versions, 4.1.1 & 4.1beta3 with
the same results.  We have tried different modems with the same results.  Class
1 vs Class 2, same results.

There seems to be traffic in the mailing list history regarding modem setup and
a possible libtiff issue.  Since the libtiff is in reference to older version of
HF, and the modem did work under the SuSe install we are at a loss.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

This log is from v4.1.2, but all versions tried under RH7.3 look basically the
same and end in exactly the same error.
