[hylafax-users] cypheus - "file not created ! "

I'm very new to Hylafax and Cypheus...both are the newest versions, Hylafax is running on Redhat 7.3.

When I submit a .txt file through Cypheus, it asks to create a .tif file, which I save to my desktop.  Then Cypeus does, what I would expect is sending the file to Hylafax, and returns with "file not created ! ", and submits it anyway, and finally ends with an error.  But, if I fax the tif file created, everything works perfectly.  Any hints or suggestions?
