[hylafax-users] howto send attachment only if there are no body text in mail [with faxmail]

hello 

aim sending mails with *.ps attachment
by default faxmail sends header info + body text and then on next pages
attached *.ps file
when i added -> Header: clear into hyla.conf
faxmail removes header info from this first page and sends body text +
attached file - thats okay.
but when there are no such a thing as body text in mail - faxmail anyway
sends empty page and only then on next page sends attached file :(.. 
howto remove this first empty page if there are no body text in mail?  
anyone can help?
is it possible at all?
