The easiest answer is for you to produce your tiffs with adequate
whitespace at the top. But...
If your TIFF is not fax-ready (i.e., correct resolution, size, bit-depth,
etc., for faxq's eventual transmission settings), then you can edit
bin/ps2fax to force some margin.
