Hi there, Firstly, the fax server is UK-based, and the fax modem (a Multitech 8-port ISI PCI card: MTS ISI5634PCI/s052099fV) waits for 2 rings before answering. I am running Hylafax 4.1.2 on a Redhat 6.2 system. I wish to send the received fax as an attachment to a recipient, depending on the phone number of the sender. My problem is that the phone number is not appearing. The relevant part of the log reads: Jun 11 11:03:36 fax FaxGetty[665]: ANSWER: FAX CONNECTION DEVICE '/dev/ttyM1a' Jun 11 11:03:45 fax FaxGetty[665]: RECV FAX (00000017): from <UNSPECIFIED>, page 1 in 0:09, INF, 3.85 line/mm, 1-D MR, 14400 bit/s Jun 11 11:03:45 fax FaxGetty[665]: RECV FAX (00000017): recvq/fax00016.tif from <UNSPECIFIED>, route to <unspecified>, 1 pages in 0:09 Jun 11 11:03:48 fax FaxGetty[665]: RECV FAX: bin/faxrcvd "recvq/fax00016.tif" "ttyM1a" "00000017" "" "" "" I need to fill the bit that says <UNSPECIFIED> with the number of the caller. Also, I read the manuals on etc/FaxDispatch, a program that you can write (details are at: http://www.hylafax.org/man/faxrcvd.php#lbAE) and have created my own, but it won't work and I couldn't find any more information on the site. Any help would be much appreciated, Rgds.
