[hylafax-users] tsi file rejects fax with no number

Hi all,

to get rid of unwanted spam faxes I used the tsi file and put in the
following rules:

# ---------------------------------------
# reject rules, mostly unwanted spammers
!^\+49 0$          # 0190 spammer
!^089 5490590$     # cd versand

# allow rules after explicitly rejected senders
^.*$               # explicitly allow all other faxes
# ---------------------------------------

although I thought the last line should allow empty TSIs it does not.
Empty TSIs are even rejected if I put a line like

^$

in the TSI file.

anybody knows a workaround?
