Hello. Can faxcron remove files other than the default *.tif files? I've been using HylaFAX (currently v4.1.2) for about a year and it has been running great. I've configured faxcron to auto-erase the log and fax files after 6 months. Recently the use of TIFF files has become a problem, so now I convert incoming faxes to PDF format and save them to the ~/recv directory. Using the new scheme, I have a set of fax files that looks like this: -rw-r--r-- 1 fax uucp 6215 May 26 09:16 fax00102.pdf -rw-r--r-- 1 fax uucp 9094 May 26 09:16 fax00102.tif -rw-r--r-- 1 fax uucp 6218 May 26 09:36 fax00103.pdf -rw-r--r-- 1 fax uucp 9100 May 26 09:36 fax00103.tif I really don't need the *.tif files after the TIFF-->PDF conversion, but I'm reluctant to erase them until the conversion process has proven itself. So... can I have faxcron also/instead remove the PDF files after n days have elapsed? Maybe I should ask the question another way: does faxcron just erase *.tif files or will it delete anything of appropriate age in the target subdirectory? Please CC me with any responses as I am not a list subscriber. Thanks. ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@hylafax.org < /dev/null
