Looks like there are missing some parameters:

pedro> /var/spool/fax/etc/. This path changed in 4.1.1
pedro> release.

i've done a symlink and it still doesn't work.

zentralrouter:/var/spool # ll

lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     root            3 May 28 12:38 hylafax -> fax/
